Regulatorischer Support

    YMC engagiert sich kontinuierlich für qualitativ hochwertige Produkte und technischen Support. Die hochmodernen Produktionsanlagen für modifiziertes Silika ermöglichen Lotgrößen von mehr als 200 kg/Lot. Die Jahreskapazität der YMC-Produktionsanlagen liegt bei mehreren Tonnen Silika. Auch für unsere Ionentauscher sind Chargen von bis zu 400 L zum Routinebetrieb geworden.

    Alle Geschäftsbereiche wurden erfolgreich auditiert:

    • Silika Produktion
    • BioPro IEX Produktion (Resin auf Polymerbasis)
    • YMC-Triart Produktion (Hybridmedien auf Silikabasis)
    • Labordienstleistungen
    • Glassäulenproduktion

     

    Routinemäßig werden die folgenden Themen im Rahmen eines spezifischen Auditplans behandelt (vorbehaltlich eines unterzeichneten NDA):

    • Betriebsbesichtigung
    • Qualitätshandbuch/DMF/RSF
    • Liefergarantie/Liefervereinbarung
    • Qualitätsvereinbarung
    • Procurement Documentation

     

     

    Entsprechende Zertifikate werden zur Verfügung gestellt, z.B. in Bezug auf:

    • BSE/TSE
    • MSDS & CoA
    • Daten zu Leachables/Extractables
    • Weitere Daten, falls erforderlich
