ADC analysis with LC-MS compatible phases
This application note shows that antibody-drug-conjugates (ADC) can be analysed via LC-MS using YMC-Triart Bio C4 and formic acid as additive.
A reduced monoclonal antibody (Mab) and a reduced ADC mimic were analysed using 0.1 % formic acid or 0.1 % TFA as additive. The analysis was performed using a YMC-Triart Bio C4 UHPLC column at 80 °C column temperature.
