Which UHPLC systems are compatible with 1 mm ID columns?

Reproducible chiral separations with CHIRAL ART Cellulose-SZ

Reproducibility of HPLC columns is the key of success for quality control. Especially in the pharmaceutical and crop protection industries the reproducibility of chiral separations is crucial. This new technical note demonstrates the reproducibility of the immobilised chiral polysaccharide column CHIRAL ART Cellulose-SZ based on two pesticides – paclobutrazol and hexaconazole – analysed using three different lots. All three lots prove their reproducibility by providing sharp peaks and the same selectivity factor α.
