Are you looking for a method to analyse antisense oligonucleotides using LC-MS?

This new application note shows the LC-HRMS analysis of antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) using the separation of Mipomersen (commercially available as Kynamro^®) according to Sun et al. as the example. A YMC-Triart C8 metal-free column was used which is an excellent choice for oligonucleotide analyses because of its full biocompatibility providing sharp peaks, high sensitivities and no carry-over.
