The perfect choice for the chiral analysis of triazole fungicide enantiomers

YMC’s polysaccharide based CHIRAL ART Cellulose-SB columns provide excellent chiral recognition. This was demonstrated by the analysis of eight triazole fungicides and their enantiomers in fruits and vegetable matrices in a 2D-LC approach by Zeng et al.. CHIRAL ART Cellulose-SB chiral selectors are based on an immobilised polysaccharide derivative. Beside their higher robustness they also allow a wide range of appliable mobile phases and sample solvents.
