This Technical Note highlights the efficient purification of an antibody under GMP conditions. An initial clean-up was followed by two ion-exchange steps using the BioPro IEX resins to achieve a recovery of 98.6 %! This three-step process succeeded in producing mAbs with high purity and efficiency. Results were directly compared to those achieved using competitive IEX resins under identical conditions.
