Mass spectrometric analysis of monoclonal antibodies

Lars M. H. Reinders from the Institute for Energy and Environmental Technology e.V. (IUTA) presents in this online presentation the mass spectrometric analysis of monoclonal antibodies. He discusses one-dimensional as well as two-dimensional approaches. The presentation starts with one-dimensional antibody analysis. The special features of intact proteins and peptides are the focus here. The presentation continues with multidimensional antibody analytics. The application possibilities of two-dimensional antibody analytics are clearly presented and the following questions are clarified: Which modes are there? When is which mode used? Subsequently, alternative uses of 2D-HPLC-MS are considered, i.e. the diverse automation possibilities.
